  • 1. Think Positive – This is easier said than done- especially when nothing seems to go your way. But there are many exercises you can do (like hypnosis,  biofeedback  or the silva method) to understand your own negative thought patterns so you can change them to positive, resourceful beliefs.
  • 2. Give Someone A Compliment - Smiles are contagious. When you see someone smile, you will instantly smile. They are also more likely to reciprocate, but as they say, its better to give than to receive.
  • 3. Take Care Of Your Look – How you present yourself says alot about how you feel about yourself. All it takes is a tiny gesture, like wearing your favorite shoes or getting a haircut, and you will instantly boost your happiness. The little things are very powerful.
  • 4. Talk To A Stranger – Many of us these days are so focused on where we are going and what we need to get done, that we hardly stop and take time to smell the roses. Human beings need social interaction. You never know, you could make a new best friend or maybe even more.
  • 5.  Visualize Your Success  – When you take the time to imagine and really see and feel what your success will be, it instantly gives you a great feeling. Not only this, but visualization is a powerful manifestation technique. Visualization not only brings you closer to your goals, but makes you happier on the way.
